While we make every effort to ensure each of our products are perfect, I am only human. I take great pride in my products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Brighteyed for Treasures purchases.
If there is another issue with your product that is not due to delivery, please contact me and I will work with you to get the issue resolved.
Unfortunately, I do not do refunds or returns just because you do not like the scent of the wax you purchased.
Damages and issues
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please email me at email@example.com with Damaged Product in the Subject line. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery. Please include an order number in your email. If you are able to send pictures of the damaged product that would help out as well. I will do my best to get the issue taken care of as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
